Hull Plumbing, Inc. Striving to Keep You Safe

At Hull Plumbing, Inc., we know that this current climate of uncertainty can be a stressful one. Many things about our daily lives have changed, with little indication of when things might return to normal, or what normal is even going to look like. In the midst of all this instability, we want you to know that at least one thing has not changed: our commitment to our customers. As an essential service, we are proud to continue offering our quality care during this challenging time. Further, in an effort to ensure that our customers, technicians, and employees remain safe, we are implementing several new precautionary measures. There is nothing we value more highly than the well-being of our customers and the community as a whole.

Precautions We Are Taking

First and foremost, we are implementing all guidelines recommended by the World Health Organization and the Center for Disease Control.

These safety measures include:

  • Increased sanitization and hygiene practices: While cleanliness has always been a priority, we are taking this to the next level at our offices, in our vehicles, and around our work areas on your property. All technicians will carry disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer to ensure that all high-traffic areas – particularly surfaces like doorknobs, handrails, and light switches – are frequently sanitized.

  • Use of protective equipment: We will use things like masks, gloves, shoe coverings, and drop cloths as necessary to minimize exposure and clean-up.

  • Social distancing: Though we would normally begin our work with a hearty handshake, for the time being, we will be maintaining the recommended six feet of distance with both fellow employees and our customers.

  • Employee safety: All employees are reminded to stay at home if they have any symptoms of illness, regardless of whether the symptoms are related to COVID-19 or not. They will only return to normal duties after they have fully recovered and are cleared by a physician.

How You Can Do Your Part

If this experience has taught us anything, it’s that we all need to work together and help everyone through these hard times.

Just a few of the things you can do to protect both your household and your technicians include:

  • Maintaining safe social distance from those not in the household

  • Limiting the number of people present while service is taking place

  • Sheltering in place and only leaving the home for essential items

  • Sanitizing surfaces throughout the property, particularly frequently-used surfaces near the work area

  • Alerting our team if anyone in the household is ill so we can take further safety measures

  • Using protective equipment such as masks and gloves while the technician is working

  • Maintaining a thorough handwashing and hygiene regimen

Committed to Your Needs

Our team would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has been working so hard to keep our community functioning. We are so grateful to the healthcare workers and other essential employees for their invaluable contributions during this time, and we are honored to play just a small part. Though things remain unpredictable, Hull Plumbing, Inc. is here to provide the highest quality plumbing services no matter what.
