Watch The Families Behind Hull Plumbing & See Who Shows Up At Your Door

|

When you invite a plumber into your home or business, you want to know who you’re opening the door to. At Hull Plumbing, Inc., that “who” isn’t a faceless crew. It’s real families who live and work in the same Oklahoma communities you do.

Our Meet the Team video gives you a look inside our shop, our people, and the way we work together every day. Before we talk about services or schedules, we want you to see the families behind the name.

Why we made this video

Since 1998, we have served homeowners and businesses across Oklahoma City, Norman, Moore, Edmond, Yukon, Mustang, and surrounding areas. Over those years, many customers have told us the same thing: they choose us because they trust the people who show up.

That trust starts with who we are. Hull Plumbing, Inc. is family owned and operated, led by CEO and owner Richard Hull with business manager Rhonda Garrison and a team of licensed, bonded technicians. In the video, you see how that family mindset runs through the entire company, from the office to the field.

We created this short film so you can meet some of the people who carry our name on their uniforms and on our trucks, and understand why that matters to us.

The moment you realize this is a family shop

One of the first lines in the video sets the tone:

“We have three families that work here. Myself, my father and my sister. We have a group of three brothers and a group of two brothers.”

That simple statement shows what we mean when we say “family owned and operated.” It’s not just ownership paperwork. Multiple families share the workday here, side by side. When you watch, you see a place where fathers, siblings, and brothers come to the same shop, solve problems together, and then go back home to the same community.

This kind of team shapes the way we approach every job. We don’t look at service calls as ticket numbers. We look at them as neighbors calling our family for help.

Real people, clear roles, shared responsibility

Another key moment in the video walks through how we work together:

“My dad oversees everything. Make sure everybody's getting taken care of. My role as operations manager is make everything go smoothly. Make sure customers are taken care of. And then she runs the office.”

That short explanation shows a lot about our structure. Leadership focuses on two things: our team and our customers. The operations manager looks after the day-to-day work so jobs move forward without confusion. The office keeps communication clear and organized so you know what to expect from start to finish.

Behind the scenes, we support that structure with fully stocked trucks, our own supply house inventory, and licensed professionals who meet Oklahoma Construction Industries Board requirements. When we arrive, we already carry the tools and many of the parts we need, which helps us spend more time fixing your problem and less time chasing materials.

Honest truth, every single day

In the middle of the video, you hear a line that sums up our culture:

“Everybody gets along and you get honest truth with working with your family. You know, if you're doing something wrong, they'll tell you about it. Same thing with the guys in there. What you've seen here is how we are every day.”

That “honest truth” shows up in the way we treat customers as well. We focus on clear assessments and straightforward options. We provide free detailed estimates before we start work, and we offer upfront pricing so you know the cost before we proceed. For one-day jobs, we do not charge trip fees, which keeps our service more accessible for families and businesses.

Because we work together like family, we hold each other to a high standard. If something needs to improve, we say so. That same mindset helps us deliver thorough work, explain what we find in plain language, and clean up after ourselves before we leave your property.

“Because it is my last name on the truck.”

The most powerful line in the video comes near the end, when we talk about how our work connects to our name and our city:

“Being family owned and operated. We work in this community. We grew up in this community. So I want customers to feel like they have been taken care of, like family. Because it is my last name on the truck.”

That sentence explains a lot about how we view every job. When your last name rides on every service truck, every review, and every referral, you pay attention to the details. You show up on time, in uniform. You follow local codes. You recommend options that make sense. You finish the job and clean the work area before you leave.

Our long-standing A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and thousands of positive online reviews reflect that approach. We built our reputation over more than 25 years in the Oklahoma City area by doing the work the right way and standing behind it, not by cutting corners.

Like family, we answer when you call

The video closes with a simple promise:

“Call, text, or chat with us here 24/7. And like family, we will be there.”

Plumbing problems never wait for a convenient time. That is why we offer 24/7 emergency availability and same-day appointments when needed. When you reach out, you connect with a team that lives in your area and understands how urgent a broken line, a backed-up drain, or a failed water heater can feel.

We combine that round-the-clock access with practical support. Our licensed and bonded technicians arrive prepared. Our office team keeps you informed. Our field supervisors and quality supervisors focus on consistent service across residential and commercial projects, from routine maintenance to more complex work such as sewer line replacement, gas line services, or bathroom and kitchen plumbing.
